Asbestos Surveys

With a comprehensive survey, our team will search and identify the presence and extent of asbestos within your home or business premises.

If you are planning to buy a property or Refurbish a building that was built before or up to the year 1999, we can help you.

We will conduct a survey, which will include taking samples of suspected asbestos materials which will then be sent to a UKASS accredited independent laboratory for testing.

We then give you a report which will provide photographic evidence of the material that has sampled its location within the building, and risk rating of disturbance or damage.

Our team will also provide guidance and offer advice on how to proceed if asbestos is found on your site. We have the skill and ability to undertake emergency projects of all sizes big or small across the UK.

Asbestos Sampling

Whether you want the textured coatings in your ceilings and walls tested or the entire premises tested, At Guardian Environmental, our team has been trained to collect samples following the procedures and rules laid out within HSG 264.

All samples are sent to an independent UKASS accredited laboratory for analysis.
